Your appointments are very important to me. Appointments are reserved just for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled for. NO CALL/NO SHOWS If you do not contact me to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will charged 100% of cost of the service originally scheduled. TARDINESS If you are running late please call ahead to let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes behind you may forfeit your blow dry, trim or color process all together.
